Earlier I posted that Apple has released iOS 5.0.1 Beta 2 for developers and after getting improved by fixing bugs iOS 5.0.1 is now available for general users for their iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2, iPad, iPodTouch 3G, iPodTouch 4G.

Presently, no Jailbreak is available for iOS 5.0.1 so it is recommended to stay away from it and stick on iOS 5.

Update log of iOS 5.0.1:

• Fixes bugs affecting battery life
• Adds Multitasking Gestures for original iPad
• Resolves bugs with Documents in the Cloud
• Improves voice recognition for Australian users using dictation
